Overview of the JB Andrews Environmental Restoration Program
MAREP and the SAME Baltimore Post invite you to attend this joint event! The Air Force Civil Engineer Center has released an overview of their execution strategy for FY20 Optimized Remediation Contracts (ORC) (https://www.afcec.af.mil/Home/Business/).
The current strategy is for the JB Andrews ORC to be managed by USACE, Baltimore District. The ORC for JB Andrews will likely be one of the first "C Type" Request for Proposals (RFP) issued where the pool of bidders will not be restricted to those holding an existing SATOC or MATOC with the USACE.
William Burris, P.G., Environmental Restoration Program Manager for JB Andrews will be providing an overview of the JB Andrews Environmental Restoration Program and provide provisional information related to the JB Andrews ORC.
